Terms and Refund Policy
1. Scope
These terms apply to every order of the 21-Ad Launch Kit (the "Kit") from Advantx.app, a brand of Emporiant e.U., Graz, Austria ("we"). Our offer is for businesses only. By ordering you confirm that you are acting for a business.
2. What you receive
The Kit is a digital PDF containing 21 ad designs created for your business, ad copy for each ad, a Setup Guide, a Management Guide and a Testing Roadmap. Ad formats are for Facebook and Instagram feed and Stories.
3. Ordering and price
The price is USD 450, one-time, paid through Stripe at checkout. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply in your country.
4. Brief and delivery
After payment you complete a brand brief. We deliver the Kit within 7 business days after we receive a complete brief. If information is missing we will ask for it, and the delivery time starts when we have it.
5. Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information and confirm that you have the rights to all logos, images, text and claims you give us. You are responsible for your ads complying with the laws and advertising policies that apply to your business and to platforms such as Meta, and for the content of your offers.
6. Corrections and refund
If the delivered Kit does not match the brief you submitted, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct it free of charge. If we cannot correct it, we will refund the price. Because the Kit is created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after delivery.
7. Results
We do not promise or guarantee advertising results, leads, sales or return on ad spend. Results depend on your offer, market, budget, execution and the advertising platforms.
8. Rights of use
Once payment is complete, you may use the delivered ads and guides for your own business, including editing the ads. You may not resell or share the guides. We may keep the underlying design methods and templates. We may show anonymized work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
9. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, our liability is limited to the price paid for the Kit, except for personal injury, which cannot be limited. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit to the extent the law allows.
10. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The court responsible for Graz has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
11. Ad Engine subscription
The Advantx Ad Engine is an online tool at advantx.app/app. A limited preview is free. Paid access is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe: the Static plan (all templates and PNG export) is EUR 17.99, and the Static + Motion plan (additionally 15 animation styles and export of 5 to 7 second MP4 videos) is EUR 27.99. It renews every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the link in your Stripe receipt or the customer portal; access then ends at the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.
After payment you receive a license key by email. The key is for your own business, works on up to 3 devices, and may not be shared or resold. The Ad Engine, its code, templates, designs and texts are protected by copyright and belong to Emporiant e.U. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell or offer them as your own tool or template set. Ads you create with the tool are yours to use for your business. We may change, improve or remove templates and features, and we aim for the tool to be available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You may use the ads you create for your business. You are responsible for the content, claims and offers in them and for compliance with advertising laws and platform policies such as Meta. We do not guarantee advertising results.
